This is a wonderful Chakra Healing Workshop where we delve into each Chakra one by one, learn all of the different aspects, and assist you with making quality changes in your life. This class is here to assist you to balance your life leaving you more healthy, peaceful, and prosperous!

Chakras are spinning "wheels" of energy located from the top of your head to the base of your spine. Whatever emotions, thoughts, or feelings you entertain for an amount of time, seep into the physical body via these energy centers and either promote health, or dis-ease depending on the quality of emotions, thoughts, and feelings. This is why it is true that what happens outside of your body, directly affects the inside of your body, and vice versa.

We will do meditations, clearing processes, and worksheets to assist you become more balanced in your thinking, and feeling so that you can experience the best life possible! There are many ways to improve your energy body and we will be teaching you many different valuable techniques. This class is sure to change your life!

There will be a 1 hour lunch, but it is suggested you bring a sack lunch so that you can be back to class in time.
